Amazon Account Assistant

We are an experienced Amazon seller located in California, USA. We have dedicated teams for graphic design, copywriting, photography, keyword research, paid advertising (sponsored ads), customer service, account health management, and more.

We are looking for a talented, reliable virtual assistant to help us manage various tasks as we grow. We want a long-term employee to join our team, who is a self-motivated learner and can grow with us as you improve your skills.

The candidate should possess a range of skills which will assist us with the daily operation of our Amazon account.

Required skills:
- This job involves managing details. You must be detail-oriented.
- Excellent with Excel and Google Upgrade to see actual infon build custom reports on demand.
- Problem-solving and Solution-Oriented.
- Friendly and warm personality.
- Critical thinker who takes the initiative and doesn't need a lot of supervision.
- Willing to learn new skills quickly.
- Able to juggle many projects and knows how to prioritize.

Preferred skills, but not required:
- Experience with Amazon Ads
- Experience with Seller Central
- Helium10
- Asana
- SoStocked

Job Duties:
- Use Excel or Google Sheet to update the spreadsheet (Instruction provided)
- Uploading documents to Amazon (Instruction provided)
- Creating various kinds of spreadsheets with Excel or Google Sheet
- Documenting data and creating reports for analyzation
- Assisting us with the daily operation of our brands.
