Qualifications:

• Real estate experience (or Oklahoma real estate license) is a major plus
• 3 years (Required) Language: English

Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture a database of seller leads Quickly qualify opportunities and gauge motivation Effectively build rapport and gain trust w/sellers Visit homes when necessary to assess the condition & take photos Analyze opportunities and market data to determine pricing Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts. Track sales activities and lead notes in a software database.
