Job Summary
- Assist international students, international agents, US schools, and internal staff, operate a successful student exchange program.
- Regular communication will be phone and video calls, group chat, and
- Process student applications and communicate progress with international agents.
- Work with all parties to resolve problems students encounter while on the program.
- Maintain clear and complete records of student issues and the final resolution in the online system.
