Shopify + Customer Service Expert

Looking for a full time Shopify + Customer Service Expert VA - all training provided

We are a growing company so this job will evolve over time, but for now we are looking for someone to help us list products using Shopify via third-party apps and extensions, respond to incoming customer calls, cold call customers, send emails, manage customer reviews and respond to customers using live chat feature on website.

We will provide all the training materials you'll need, and templates for the emails, but in order to communicate with our customers you must have decent English communication Upgrade to see actual info is necessary to have Shopify + customer service experience. All training will be provided, Upgrade to see actual info will be most important that you can learn how to do new tasks.

We have worked in the past with VAs from the Philippines. We are located in the US and this job will require you to work during US business Upgrade to see actual info is very important to us that you have good feedback from others who have hired you (if possible, you should provide alternate references of former employers based in English speaking countries).
