Advenda Pro is a leading Campaign Management Solution for the Real Estate industry, based in Australia. We currently have teaUpgrade to see actual infombers based in Melbourne, Adelaide, Philippines and in the United Kingdom. Our platform allows clients too quickly and easily create on brand advertisements for both property and agent marketing campaigns. We create a really accomodating work environment and this is a work from home role.

About the Role
As a Website and template designer at Advenda Pro, you will be responsible for creating and setting up our customers templates (In both digital & print) and assisting our customers and support team with a vast range of support and technical queries. Your day to day duties would see you create new templates and set them up, resolve customer template queries via our support team and recommend technical solutions.

To be successful in this role, you would possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills and have a customer centric mindset. Attention to detail and the ability to multi task along with building strong relationships with the rest of our team is an important part of the role and so the right candidate will easily build trust through a can-do attitude.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing with Html, Css and Upgrade to see actual infotailed training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain/update our clients Digital artwork in Html and Css
- Build and maintain/update our clients Print artwork from supplied InDesign files that are controlled by Javascript
- Take new template briefs from account manager OR customer
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via email
- Identify customers’ needs and provide assistance with system features
- Analyze and report product/technology malfunctions
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with the support and development team
- Gather customer feedback and provide communication with the rest of the team

Requirements
- Experience in HTML & Css
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite products
- Experience using Jscript
- Excellent use of both the written and spoken English language
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Analytical problem solving skills, especially when under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Confidence to ask for help when needed
- Hard working and loyal
- Familiarity with the Real Estate or Digital Marketing industry is desired but not essential
