About the role


We are looking for a Sales Coach who will train & support our Sales Team for their roles. You will have to define strategies and focus on activities that will help the sales team achieve better sales results.


You will guide the sales team to improve their skills and motivate them to deliver quality performance. You should have a good knowledge of various sales techniques and excellent communication skills.


Knowledge on the following sales methodologies is required :


SPIN Selling
Challenger Approach
Value Selling
Solution Selling
Sandler Selling System

Key Responsibilities


Monitor the performance of all Sales Handlers and identify areas of Upgrade to see actual infovelop a relationship with the sales team that makes it easy to communicate their ideas and issues they are facing.
Onboard and train new Upgrade to see actual infot learning and financial objectives for the Upgrade to see actual infovelop learning material for the sales Upgrade to see actual infosign training courses, coaching sessions, and other role-playing Upgrade to see actual infotablish training needs by observing sales encounters, studying sales performance and reports
Collect feedback regarding training programs.
Provide an estimate of the budget for training programs.
Prepare and present reports to the VP of Sales.
Stay up-to-date with the new market trends and demands of a sales environment.

Experience and Qualifications


2 years of work experience as a Sales Coach or Sales Trainer.
Professional certifications in sales training like Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), Certified Sales & Marketing Professional will be preferred.
