Operations Manager/Director

Whizara offers student-centered, highly engaging and interactive live online coding courses for K-12 students. The company is looking for a seasoned sales and business development professional to join its team. This position is responsible for directly interfacing with customers to ensure smooth day to day operations, playing a key role in expanding Whizara's market reach and footprint. Job Responsibilities:
- Own customer onboarding and management
- Manage employee onboarding and resource management
- Lead scaling operations in a high growth start-up
- Create processes to ensure top notch customer experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to stay on top of requirements
- Lead strategizing, planning and execution to ensure top notch customer experience

Job Requirements:

Prior project management experience
At least5 years of operations / project management experience
Super organized and detailed oriented
Comfortable using collaboration and productivity technology and tools
Proven track record of successfully managing customer onboarding and communications
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fast leaner and highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Agile and ability to work in a fast-paced organization
