JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant - 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM Mountain Time, Monday Through Friday.

Immediate opening for highly motivated self employed virtual assistant to handle multiple tasks position in the Gift Industry. Must be able to work some of the tasks at Mountain Times Zone and willing to carry out orders, interact online with people in a positive and articulate manner, organized, be proactive, diligent, detailed oriented, patient, determined, strong willed, honest, ambitious.

***Excellent English, both verbal and written skills***
Attention to detail, customer service, communication and excellent knowledge of the Internet, marketing, advertising, sales.

Must have good typing skills and advanced Quickbooks experience. (“Ability to think like a business owner will lead to pay bonuses).

Must have a good computer with Internet, and preferably skype telephone service.

Experience with ecommerce, Quickbooks, email communications and Google Docs are preferred.

Please note, all tasks are not required to be done at once. Some of these tasks are one time entry and then are maintained routinely through online services or manually.

Tasks include Customer Service interaction using email, online chat telephone.

Company updates using Facebook and Twitter

Quickbooks Invoice creation, billing and monthly reconciliations.

Video, copy writing, acquiring new registrations, and project research will be rewarded with pay bonuses.

Informing clients with various on-line programs of our services & online lead follow up will also result with increasing bonuses.

Jobs pay is $310.00 and paid in U.S. Dollars on the 6th and the 21st of every month This job will be long term and has potential commission growth through bonuses and higher commission upon exceeding performance.

Job Description:
- Process new and pending registrations from our Web site.
- Check customer service email hourly for customer service issues, including voice mails.
- Contact new registrations that did not complete their registration via email or telephone.
- Call all new inquiries from our Web site.
- Follow up on inquiries from 15 days ago.
- Respond to Emails (order related and signup issues first)
- Contact customers that owe money and collect from them
- Monthly Quickbooks invoice creation and billing Reconciliations

Skills For Bonus Pay:
- Collections - 20% of all monies collected from customers.
- $7.00 for every new successful sale of our services.
- Blogging and copy writing.
- Article creation and submissions.
- Social Media management such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube Accounts

As your performance progresses, additional training will be provided to increase your base salary.
