- You need to handle online and

- Diagnose customer issues.
- Log and keep records of bugs/issues.
- Sort out any issues the client may have.
- Work closely with the South African team to solve any issues.
- HTML & CSS, SQL experience, and knowledge are a must.
- Development experience is a must.
You need to be enthusiastic, proactive, friendly, helpful and have excellent written and spoken communication skills in business English. The ability to develop basic HTML/CSS web pages and mailers is a must An understanding of databases and especially MySQL is a must. This position requires Technical knowledge in servers, databases as well as coding, so prior technical experience is a non-negotiable aspect.
This position is to work Monday to Friday 10 AM - 8 PM SAST +2.
