Technical Content Writer

We are looking for experienced Technical Content Writers to produce Manuals, procedures and engaging website and social media content for a technology company.
Content Types:

* Manuals
* Procedures
* SEO content
* Web pages
* Blogs
* Landing pages
* Email marketing campaigns

Content lengths:
* Short blogs/pages: 500 words
* Long blogs/pages: 1000 words
* Location and landing pages: varies per project
Requirements:
* 3 years of writing experience
* Excellent English, grammar, and spelling
* An understanding of SEO best practices
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Reliable, organized, and able to take direction
* Comfortable using Google Drive
* Experience writing technical or B2B content

* Write clear procedural, conceptual, and reference content to describe our software, cloud-based services, and hardware products
* Research new product features, write original documentation, and edit and update existing documentation
* Contribute updates to our support weekly
* Work closely with Engineering and UX teams in an Agile development environment
* Review UX designs and suggest UI text that helps users and is clear and consistent
* Become an expert in our products and feature areas assigned to you.
* Contribute to the creation of new training materials, video tutorials ETC.

Skills and Qualifications:


* Understand React,Ruby, MadCap Flare, or similar XML-based authoring tool, such as XMetaL or Oxygen
* XML, HTML, CSS editing skills
* Snagit, Visio, figma or other graphics package
* Knowledge of version control, such as Perforce, Git, or Subversion
* Knowledge of multi-factor authentication, network or endpoint security, or cloud technologies is a plus
