SaaS Copywriter - EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ONLY

We are looking for an Experienced Technical Copywriter to join our team. This person will be in charge of developing new ideas, writing, and creating high-quality customer-focused content.

The writer will take ownership of all content, including our reference guide, how-to guides, onboarding guides, integration guides, and other written technical content.

The right candidate is a self-starter that enjoys owning and executing the documentation process from start to finish and thrives in an autonomous working environment that allows for high levels of freedom.

Responsibilities:
- Produce original and engaging content
- Collaborate with our Content team to ensure our customers have the right documentation in the right medium to succeed on our platform
- Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to maximize the clarity, technical correctness, and visual appeal of our articles.
- Conduct high-quality research
- Edit and proofread copy as needed
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach

Deliverables include:
- Help Center articles
- Technical Blog posts
- Landing page content
- Email copies

Requirements
- Proven working experience in technical copywriting
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Able to grasp complex technical concepts and break them down into easy-to-understand text and images for the target audience
- Creative and have a passion for writing
- Ability to engage with the audience
- Receptive to feedback
- Previous experience as a copywriter for a SaaS company
