Hey all! We are Booster Theme, a Shopify theme for dropshippers & brands that wants lots of flexibility and conversion features.

As a Tech. Agent, you will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team that focuses on many aspects related to helping merchants customize their theme (Booster) and troubleshooting Booster theme related issues (app integration, etc). We are looking for individuals who can use their communication and technical skills to support our merchants. Our team adapts to anything that is thrown their way, and we are constantly collaborating to solve issues that affect their theme.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer customers support emails
Identifying bugs and improvements for our Theme (Booster)
Helping merchants with their Online Store

Qualification & Knowledge:
Have customer service experience. This could be anything from working as a Shopify Guru, working with clients on large scale design projects, or a retail job at Old Navy or Dunnes Stores
Experience with Shopify store designing
Takes ownership over problems and collaborates on solutions
Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JS, and liquid.
