Full Time Airbnb Bookkeeper

CEO of multiple companies is seeking a full-time expert bookkeeper to take our accounting department in-house. These businesses include
- Short term rental property management (Airbnb) - currently managing 9 short term rentals and 2 boutique hotels
- Coaching and consulting company
- Interior design company
- Commercial photography studio

Responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable - Recording invoices and setting up payments in Upgrade to see actual info and Melio
- Categorizing credit card transactions based on receipts submitted to you
- Creating month end revenue and tax reports for both hotels
- Preparing monthly owner statements for 9 short term rental (Airbnb properties)
- Reconciling all accounts, preparing month end accruals & journal entries and preparing monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets for all entities)
- Providing project profitability reports for each ongoing project for the interior design business
- Providing the CEO with a consolidated Profit & Loss Statement summarizing total revenue, expenses and profit from all of the entities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a bookkeeper / accountant
- Experience working in real estate rental properties, short term rentals or construction
- Extremely proficient with Quickbooks (Sage Intacct also a plus), including use of classes, inter-company transactions & project tracking
- Prior experience with Guesty, Stripe, Square, Upgrade to see actual info is a plus
