JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Care Troubleshooter
As a Geek squad Specialist at SMS-iT , you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers navigate the SMS-iT platform -! And, this is just the start of your interactions with Business Partners as the Customer Success Organization aims to help our Business Partners build their SMS business with excitement!

Operating in between Sales & Customer Success, you will ensure that our SMS-iT customers are prepared to hit the road fast, all while showing your obsession for exceptional customer experience & satisfaction. You will ensure our customers have all of the necessary items, and ultimately, give our customers the tips & tricks for getting started with SMS-iT

A keen eye for detail & ability to synthesize information across systems and touch points will be of the greatest importance as you communicate with our customers a clear solution to resolve their issue . You will be resourceful, organized, agile, gritty, and collaborative - working cross-functionally in a growing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Communicating with SMS-iT (think: small business owners) on what steps need to be completed to get them to navigatet the SMS-iT platform with ease through chat support or online zoom presentation.
• Work cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, Compliance teams to ensure the customer is supported in their start with SMS-iT
• Attend all necessary training and requirements to become a troubleshooter for the SMS-iT platform
• Knowledge of Twilio, Zapier integrations to other software platforms
• Support Sales in driving new business to SMS-iT and aiming for customer satisfaction
Working hours 8-5pm Pacific Standard Time

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering and/or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years overall experience
• Previous experience in fast paced call center chat support and similar sales/account management/implementation role strongly desired
• Experience with GSuite - Gmail, Gcal, GDocs, GSpreadsheet Excel Outlook
• Worked with and understands a CRM system (ie: Salesforce, Hubspot)
• High attention to detail & superb organizational skills
• Familiarity dealing with ambiguity- in fact, you thrive in it & want to make processes even better!!
• A clear and effective verbal & written English communicator – great in spelling and conversation
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
