Writer for a blog about gold IRAs

I am looking for writers passionate about the financial markets and how the current economic climate affects retirement accounts. Experience writing about economic markets and how the geopolitical environment affects various investments is a plus.
You will create informative blog posts and articles for readers interested in learning and keeping up to date on the current economic climate. When specific information is provided, such as a quote or figure from a Goldman Sachs report, the article should link to the piece so the reader can quickly validate the claim.
The most successful candidates are natural researchers and understand when key economic calendar events happen. There is a consistent stream of information being released that affects the markets.
The frequency of articles will start 1 every 14 days until out of the training period and should be between 1,000 and 3,500 words in length. We use AI-driven software to optimize each article for a specific keyword group.
As time passes, I would like someone who is a self-starter who can identify value-adding issues to the readers. Some successful topics over the past few months have been:
o Inflation
o Fed Rate Hikes
o Analysts signaling a recession
o How Gold IRA's are different from a traditional IRA
All articles should be grammatically correct, and it is suggested to use a tool such as Upgrade to see actual infothority articles should back up the information provided by linking to non-competitor websites where the reader can find the information.
All articles will be reviewed and edited during the first two months with feedback. The expectation is that all reports will be able to go live without edited feedback by month 3.
As the submitted articles require less feedback, the frequency of article submission will go up to 1 article a week or more.

Pay:
Payments will be made through Paypal.
Pay will start at $15 / 1000 words.
As ability increases, pay potential increases to $20 / 1000, and a possibility to introduce AI-writing tools to assist in content creation.
