This is for full time work from home remote desktop technical support representatives for Windows and/or MacOS desktops and laptops

We provide remote online computer repair services for Mac and PC computers and are looking for 15 experienced work from home representatives that have 4+ years of real inbound call experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems remotely on Windows operating system

We receive callers with a range of advanced software and hardware problems on PCs and are looking for 15 of the best experienced representatives in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of inbound experience getting remote access and have a broad range of experience handling calls and remote sessions for the following type of computer problems:

-Optimizing slow computers that have performance issues that are non-malware related on Macs and PCs
-No boot issues that require reinstalling the operating system
-Reinstallation of Windows via USB recovery drive
-Troubleshooting various 3rd party applications such as Outlook email errors, Word and Office not opening, Intuit QuickBooks and Quicken software not opening or loading correctly
-Troubleshooting no-audio / no-sound issues
-Troubleshooting webcams and microphone issues
-Fixing Cams and Mic on zooUpgrade to see actual infoetings or Zoom applications not opening
-Troubleshoot all brands of printers, print errors, and setting them up on Wi-Fi or direct connection via USB
-Troubleshooting no internet connectivity issues and setting up the computers back on Wi-Fi
-Network file sharing and troubleshooting network issues, connect computers to the network and making them visible for sharing and transferring files
*Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics

**The ideal candidate has already worked for 4+ years experience with a company handling calls for remote troubleshooting and assistance and fixes a broad range of problems via a remote connection.
