We are looking for an efficient Virtual Office and Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to undertake a variety of HR administrative and scheduling duties from our home office based in Pottstown, PA and in other States. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process. Your role involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Recruit Nurses to furnish clients demands
Partner with clients to assign RNs, LPNs, CNAs and Home Health Aides to cover per diem and contract shifts at various healthcare facilities and homes.
Build and maintain relationships with current staff and clients.
Confirm daily Nurse/Caregiver schedules; manage shift changes and
Enthusiastic self-starter with an understanding that your success is tied directly to activity as this is a high-volume work environment
Track attendance and run reports
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
Produce and submit reports on general HR and Staffing activity
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
Support other functions as assigned by supervisor
SKILLS
(NOTE: CANDIDATE OF INTEREST MUST HAVE A GOOD COMMAND OVER THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND BE ABLE TO SPEAK CLEARLY)
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
Ability to use a scheduling software
In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
Familiarity with social media recruiting
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
HOURS OF WORK : 30 - 40 hrs/Week
PAY: $450 - $550 per Month
