Job description:
-Respond to
-Appointment setting/scheduling
-Administrative tasks (data entry, very light bookkeeping)
-Social media updates/listening
-Pipeline management (maintaining lead/client database)
-Act as Client/Referral Partner liason
Note: Knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets, Arive - Loan Origination Software and Mozilla Thunderbird is a plus
