Order Processing & Customer Service Specialist

P10 Foods is a specialty/gourmet food distributor in the Southeast United States. We are seeking an Order Processing & Customer Service Specialist to help us ensure our orders are processed timely, routed and followed up on for each of our three warehouses. P10 currently has over 750 active customers and delivers over 200 orders per week throughout 8 states.

-Daily invoice processing
-Purchase order administration and confirmation
-Daily truck routing according to set schedules
-Inventory management and transfers
-Responding to customer or supplier inquiries

We're looking for someone with:

-Attention to detail
-Creative mind
-Communicative
-Routing experience (DispatchTrack a plus)
-Inventory management experience (DEAR Inventory a plus)
-CRM experience (Hubspot a plus)
-Gsuite experience
-Advanced spreadsheet experience
-Having worked in the logistics, distribution or grocery industry a plus
