Project manager for online summit

I am creating a virtual summit and want someone to manage all the background tasks.

Tasks include:

Set up web pages
Video editing
Handle emails
Upload to website
And other tasks

The ideal candidate will be able to follow a process (available for you to access) and complete the tasks.
