Techdinamics Integrations is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help us expand our client base and build critical markets through new lead generation.

Job brief
The Sales Development Representative (SDR)'s role is to help us expand our customer base and generate new deal opportunities for our Account Executives. We are looking for a persuasive Sales Development Representative who is ambitious, energetic, and persistent.You are the company's first point of contact and need the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

You will be responsible for lead generation.This responsibility includes finding new leads, informing them of our services and products, and qualifying them for our Account Executives. You will be responsible for adding all relevant contact details to the CRM and creating CRM campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating CRM campaigns to build customer rapport and ensure all prospective and existing clients are up-to-date with our products and services.

Your overarching goal is to generate revenue by creating sales opportunities via new leads and business opportunities. We expect you to be persistent in your pursuit of identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in sales strategy and marketing.

What you will be doing:
- Cultivate and qualify new leads 
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Create campaigns in the CRM (HubSpot) to promote Techdinamics' services and products 
- Schedule meetings between the Account Executive and the prospective clients
- Generate new revenue through lead generation
- Upsell existing clients on new services and products
- Add leads to the CRM with all required contact details and information

Requirements and Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role
- Experience in Sales Strategy and Marketing
- Extremely persuasive and persistent 
- Ability to build rapport
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Basic technical skills are required as they relate to the use of our products and services
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Experience working in the logistics industry is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot) is a plus
- A BCs or BA in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field is a plus
