JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE ARE:
KB Creative Web & Marketing is a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping small business scale their eCommerce efforts and become more profitable. We provide everything a client needs under one roof including web design & development, SEO, PPC, content creation, email marketing, and overall strategy. Over the last six years, we have helped businesses of all sizes and across a range of markets to grow their online sales and achieve their dreams.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist who can manage multiple Google Ads accounts for our e-commerce clients and produce consistent results across different ad spend levels.

This is a remote work from home role and would be perfect for someone who is self motivated, organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator.

You will have an opportunity to help dozens of small businesses grow their online sales and also help our small team grow to serve even more clients. This is a part time position that could lead to full time once you've proven a good fit within the team.

You'll report directly to the Project Success Manager and work closely with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on various client accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your job will be to use your past experience to:

Develop the overall funnel strategy for clients
Install and manage Google conversion tags
Create and manage custom audiences
Build out campaign frameworks
Write ad copy that converts
Optimize and scale campaigns
Work with design team to coordinate creative graphics that fit the client's brand and speak to the ideal customer avatar
Providing reports for Account Managers, which includes ad spend, CPA, and ROAS data as well as creative direction for Upgrade to see actual infomunicate with Account Manager to ensure deadlines are met.
Proactively seek out opportunities to help existing clients grow
Work with web development team to produce Conversion Rate Optimization audits of client websites
Work with team to improve internal processes.
Work with web design team to develop successful landing pages


EXPERIENCE:
You should have past experience working with Google Ads and experience with e-commerce websites. Some required skills:
E-Commerce experience (WooCommerce specifically is ideal)
Copywriting experience
Fluent English - All clients are US based so English copywriting is extremely important
Attention to detail is essential
Data driven
Excel experience
Skills with developing and designing landing pages that convert are a plus

You should be comfortable using project management software, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack, and other cloud based communication tools.

You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you have suggestions or improvements based on your experience. We encourage that.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full time. Salary will be based upon experience.
