Femtinos is a provider of creative, educational, fun and interactive STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) workshops and courses for children aged 5 to 14 years old in the Birmingham region and Upgrade to see actual info our 11th year now, we have supported the learning of just under 12,000 children and participants, including home educated children. We have also developed two exciting new programmes called “Little Speakers Club” and “Code Club”.

Our vision is to make education fun and accessible to children; they should enjoy learning and we work hard behind the scenes to create and deliver workshops that will impress and keep them talking about the topics we cover. We are passionate in ensuring children have fun in our sessions whilst also taking away something new they have learnt. Our sessions often have high level content delivered in a fun and accessible way to young children.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Collect Feedback from Customers
- Answering customer questions about the company, products, or services
- Send follow up email to potential customers
