JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for incredible team players to join our Customer Success department. This team makes sure we provide a great experience to our customers assisting them with returns, technical support, and building customers. This is not a telemarketer position that would require cold calling or outbound sales calls; all contacts are inbound. We believe that a customer experience that is more human delivers better results and this role brings that to life. Some of the tasks performed by this position include:

Ticket Management:

? Respond to incoming support tickets in a timely manner

? Forward incoming support tickets to the proper department for resolution

? Use our internal knowledge base to resolve customer inquiries

? Use of your analytical skills and make independent decisions

Live Chat and Inbound Phone Calls:

? Proper phone and written communication etiquette

? Comfortable answering inbound calls/live chat messages

? Good communication skills, listening skills, positive attitude and positive language
