What we are looking for

We are looking for an Admin Virtual Assistant to work with our client who runs a law firm located in Australia, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical task, supporting practice by helping prepare documents like affidavits and legal correspondence, as well as organizing and maintaining files.



Requirements & Key Responsibilities

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Experience working with Australian lawyers or Law Firms - huge plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in calendar management and organizing meetings

Adept in taking minutes of the meeting

Experience in using CRM and email platforms

Experience using LEAP software – big plus

Develop and maintain a filing system

Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Strong ability to follow instruction
