Good day,
We are a fitness accessories company that focuses on manufacturing & selling fitness scales and other physical products to help individuals in their fitness journey.

We believe in helping our clients who are trying to live a healthier life by providing them with quality products that they can rely on, and excellent customer service that they will remember us by.

We are looking to add a new Growth Project Manager / Executive Assistant to our team who will work directly with the CEO as well as each of our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers including;
1. Sale & Marketing Manager
2. Finance Manager
3. Customer Service Manager
4. SEO Team
5. Graphic Designer

Your primary responsibility will be as follows;

As the Growth Project Manager, you will need to learn all the current marketing, advertising, and growth activities that our company is working on. Then you will work directly with the CEO & COO to review upcoming growth projects from a high level. Afterward, you will be responsible for fully understanding the vision and doing the necessary planning with the CEO & COO to create an actionable plan as well as execute the plan on your own or build a team to execute it depending on the project/task.

Examples of some of your tasks may be to source new products from suppliers, negotiate, order and then work with our design team to ensure that we create the necessary marketing material, and plan for a product launch.

Or researching requirements in order to expand to new marketplaces and doing anything needed from registration, follow-up, and maintenance in new marketplaces.

As the Executive Assistance, there will be some work that overlaps between the current CEO & COO responsibilities which will be delegated to you in the process of you being acquainted with our operations. Therefore, we need you to be hungry for growth, be able to stay organized, and have systemized method for handling projects and task so that you can turn visions and dreams into reality.

You should possess excellent writing, grammar, communication, and management skills and the know-how to turn a vision into a step-by-step action plan while building teams using systems to ensure replicable results.
Additionally, it would be ideal if you already have some experience with any of the following;
- Project management
- Marketing & Branding
- Outreach Management
- Creating a vision and plan
- Creating systems & SOPs for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to follow

Initially, you will be introduced to our 3-year vision and we will need you to expand on it, make it your own, and do what is necessary to achieve the vision by breaking down goals, building teams, and establishing systems to increase our probability of success.

You should have excellent organization and communication skills. Your knowledge of project management software should be at the “expert” level and you should have a positive mental attitude to create a synergistic work environment with the team.

Ideally, you are a very systems-oriented individual with strong scheduling skills and pay extremely close attention to detail in all aspects of work.

We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how to break down big visions and ideals into smaller projects and individual tasks to help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills.

This position is for someone who is looking to work full-time for multiple years and grow within our company by learning new skills and adding value to your work by applying the new skill learned along the way.
