Job Description and Function:
We are looking for a Bookkeeper-VA to be an integral teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to help grow our bookkeeping practice. Your role encompasses working within our business and also the client’s books.
• Payroll processing - Xero, Payroll Hero and Keypay
• Compliance - Superannuation, PAYG and Payroll Tax
• Additional ad-hoc tasks relating to Payroll


Qualifications and Requirements
• College graduate preferably Accountancy or any business-related courses.
• Available to work at a minimum 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern time, Monday to Friday (40hrs/wk)
• Exceptional Spoken and Written English
• Super high attention to detail
• Xero Payroll Certified
• Experience working with Australian Companies
• Experience lodging BAS/IAS
• Experience communicating directly with clients
• Experience with KEYPAY Payroll Software
