Client Success Rep (CSR1)

We are looking for a self-motivated highly passionate athlete who is excited to work with parents, players, coaches, and administrators of sports programs around the USA. The right person for our team believes deeply in personal development. They are eternally optimistic and described by friends as the happiest and most positive people they know. The right teammate will have a history of creating lifelong relationships, they are highly organized, and they love to make people's lives easier. The CS1s at Signature manage between 50-100 inquiries a day replying in an average of 10 min or less and solving tickets in under 1 biz day on average. The CS1 will liaison between departments as needed to get clients' answers and unlock revenue by providing them with the info they need and/or the solution they need. The CS1 will work directly with our CS Manager using such programs as Click-Up, Slack, Hubspot and Shopify to provide personal service to our clients. The right person has incredible pride in delivering a 5/5 star experience and believes in taking someone who has had an issue and creating a miracle Upgrade to see actual infont that turns that person into a lifelong brand champion for Signature!
