Technical Writer for creating software user instructions

We are seeking an employee who has a basic understanding of software development with skills in following and documenting a logic path towards improving the software implementation process for Upgrade to see actual info. The ideal candidate will have had past technical writing experience for software implementation, speak fluid English and have customer service related skills. Training will be provided. Hours can be flexible.

Expectations to include:
- Learning the software features from the developer and host company, that developed and uses the software.
- Shadow various host users to understand to gain intimate knowledge of the system.
- Document procedures and processes in writing explain WHAT each function is and does and WHY it is important.
_ Gain expert knowledge of the system over time to assist with implementation of the system with new users and provide
technical support of existing users
- Become a part of our development team by providing feedback and input regarding adding new features and/or improving
existing features.
- Gain first hand relationships with our clients as a representative of Upgrade to see actual info
