Illustrator for T-Shirt (POD) Print On Demand Designs

Hey there,

I am looking for an experienced T-Shirt Illustrator for my Print-on-Demand (POD) Business for a long lasting cooperation. The payment will be based on the quantity of created Shirt Designs. Please attach a link to your portfolio, when applying.

Requirements:
- You should have experiences of minimum 1-2 Years designing T-Shirts
- Experiences in PS, AI or equivalents
- Designs: Illustrations, Typography, Work with pre-made vectors
- Understanding of Design Compositions
- Strong Knowledge about CR and TM issues
- Creativity and Self-Confidence

Tasks:
- Create 1-2 T-Shirts Illustrations per day, based on the ideas I provide

- Illustrations / Designs for T-Shirts

- Usability/Accessibility of the common drawings software (Illustrator, Photoshop etc)
- Long Term Goals to build a solid Business Relationship
