Logistics Carrier Operations for DRAYAGE

We are looking for a new addition to our Tracking and Tracing Department. This will be for a full time position Mondays to Fridays 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST (8:00 PM -5:00 AM PHT) .

Job Role:
-Effectively dispatch, source and negotiate rates with freight carriers.
-Handle issues and changes on loads for customers. Work with carriers to resolve.
-Coordinate with different carriers regarding shipment requests and questions
-Email customers for shipment updates

Job Requirements:
-Excellent spoken and written English
- International freight, Ocean freight or Drayage experience a must.
-Fast learner and someone who can easily adapt
-Can work under pressure
-Ability to MULTI-TASK in a FAST-PACED environment, including phone and email support.
-Skilled in using MS Windows & MS Office, Google products and other computer-based applications. Willing and able to learn the software we use to fulfill the needs of the position.
-At least 10Mbps internet Connection
-Desktop Computer Running Windows 10 with at least 8GB of RAM. We need someone who has a dual monitor PC setup.

Pay starts at 4 USD and will increase depending on performance. Payment is via bank transfer twice a month.
We are a fast growing company and there's a lot of room for growth.
Prior logistics experience is required.
