Marketing Project Manager | Base + Bonuses | *Experience Required*

Online Course Creator looking for a Marketing Manager that could also serve as an ongoing Marketing VA. The candidate must have a problem solver mindset. Additionally, perfect English will be required. This will be a part-time position (when first hired) with, long term (full-time) potential. Additionally, for the right candidate (and long-term performance) Equity Ownership in company will be considered.

You will be working directly with me (company owner) to Implement our marketing strategy that will result in the sale of our flagship course. We need someone who is a fast learner, and can implement.

Job Requirements (only apply is you have expertise and experience in the following) :
- Project Management in Marketing Campaigns
- CRM and Customer Database Management
- Tagging & Segmenting Audiences in CRM
- Tagging leads based on actions taken on site
- Segmenting leads for Email Marketing Sequences
- Facebook PIXEL Experience
- Pixel web traffic for Upgrade to see actual info campaigns on Facebook
- Pixel web traffic for creating Upgrade to see actual info Audiences on Facebook
- EMAIL Marketing & Autoresponder Campaign Management Experience (required)

Additional Skills needed (that will strengthen your consideration for the position)
- Facebook & Instagram Campaign Implementation and Management
- Any Media Buying Experience in the past
- Any SEM, Google Ads, or YouTube Advertising
- Overseeing the Marketing of any; SLO or Trip Wire Project that involved marketing follow-up
