JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a dedicated virtual assistant for a (hopefully) long-term engagement. I envision this being a full-time position for the foreseeable future, with at least a few hours overlap with US Central time 8am-5pm.

You are a super-savvy Internet user who is detail oriented, love solving problems, have a great attitude and are not afraid to speak up when you have a great idea.

Access and familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is a must. Comfortable using cloud based storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Box.net, and iCloud for file sharing.

Able to use productivity software such as Evernote and Genius Scan.

You know the best sites to gather information and are an organizational whiz. You are a quick learner and work well without constant supervision. You can follow an established process and help develop additional standard operating procedures.

You find ways to make the routine and mundane exciting. You are a master of efficiency and a guru of productivity. You speak and write English well, and able to communicate your thoughts in a coherent manner.

You're comfortable with social media and genuinely care about customers.

An interest in healthy lifestyles and household products is a plus, as is experience with AdWords and product research.

You'll be doing daily website maintenance and marketing for a growing e-commerce business focused on Amazon and helping develop and maintain our e-commerce website.
