Job Overview: We are a Medical supplies company in the US and we're in need of a trustworthy, hardworking Customer Service Assistant with Proficiency in Excel

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be a people person
E-commerce experience is a plus
Knowledge of Zendesk is also a plus
Should be marked with a depth of spreadsheet knowledge and efficiency
Trained in conditional formatting, Macros, and VBA-Knowledge in API
We need someone who can work Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day- Shift starts at 9 AM - 1 PM (EST)
