Audio Editing and Noise filtering 36 hours of Audio

I'm looking for someone to do some audio editing to clear background notice and increase the volume of roughly 36 hours of audio. This is a freelance job but we'll have more audio files on an ongoing basis. I'm looking for someone to charge us by the hour to clean up these files.
