JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Social Media Manager interested in Digital Marketing, specifically, Pay Per Click advertising.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Linkedin (Upgrade to see actual info), especially Instagram (Upgrade to see actual info/adwordsgirl).

Unfortunately, our Social Media Manager is no longer with us, so we are looking to fill this role immediately and hope to make this a full-time position in the Upgrade to see actual info our ideal world, this role would include other platforms like TikTok, Pinterest & Youtube (Upgrade to see actual info), but we want to get an immediate start on Instagram with Linkedin following closely behind.

The successful candidate will report to our Director of Sales & Marketing, Idris and, sometimes, our Founder, Ameet.

The Social Media Manager will:

Develop a marketing strategy for social media and present it to the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Founder
Develop content to increase community engagement online (this will include the design of the content)
Utilize the social channels most relevant to the brand daily
Daily engagement with other social media accounts (brands we would love to work with or social media agencies we can partner with)
Work with relevant influencers or complementary brands to grow the company's social following organically
Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate leads

The successful candidate will have:

Strong English writing skills
Strong grammatical & spelling skills
Experience with Canva
Marketing/advertising/PPC passion or interest, if no experience
Eager to learn, work with a team
Strong understanding of Social Media and its constantly evolving landscape
Strong analytical skills

Our initial posting expectations:

Instagram

At least three posts a week that will speak to our target audience
Ideations for reels for our Founder to create
Plan for daily stories. How can & should our Founder connect with our audience?

LinkedIn

At least two posts a week (both educational)

We want the content planned and scheduled to auto-post at least one week in advance but are hoping to plan two weeks in the future.
