Shopify & Marketing Promotions VA

This job is for a multi-skilled VA, ideally with a background in development to assist a growing business and a busy CEO get more done!

We have a couple of Shopify stores that require ongoing marketing campaign setups and special development tasks. Your role is to take over the project management and implementation of these tasks to free up the managers time for other tasks.

Some examples:
- Setup new marketing campaign with custom collections, landing pages, coupons or free delivery etc. End to end campaign setup including Google merchant center promotion. Final output = customer sees promotion in Google shopping ad, clicks through to website, gets promotional benefit on store and checks out.

- Store custom solution development - there are often custom solutions required for the Shopify stores. Such as researching and implementing a new app until it works flawlessly. Trouble shooting apps when they don't preform as expected. Finding and testing alternative apps on development stores before implementing a final solution on the main store.

- Special research - research a segment of the market or a group of businesses we are trying to target, build a list, write email copy, create campaign, report to CEO or execute solution to get more sales.

- Ongoing project management - we already have almost 20 contractors, all handling various tasks but none seemingly who can project manage themselves. A big part of this job will be overseeing some other's projects/tasks and helping them as required, so that the CEO's final objectives are delivered on time

Some of the tools you need to have good experience with:
Google sheets
Shopify apps
Google merchant center
Marketplaces (ebay/Amazon etc)

This role is not solely about the tools and tasks listed above. This is a job for a highly skilled VA who understands marketing and development. You do not need to be a developer, as we have on the team already but more importantly, you understand what development includes do that you can help the company owner get more tasks done by managing existing staff and projects.

This is not an entry-level role and if you are fresh out of high school or college, don't expect a reply. Of course training will be provided but you will not be hired unless you can demonstrate your knowledge and ability to execute the tasks listed above.
