THE ROLE
Events Curator Assistant – Your role will be to support our Events Curator Lead and help identify high-level, influential industry experts and reach out to them to speak at the Design conferences we have lined up for 2022 and beyond. Acquiring high calibre speakers is integral to attracting delegates to the conference, and in turn, the revenue generated.
As an Events Curator Assistant for an education and 'content first' events company, you will be instrumental in carrying out in-depth research of key subject areas and hot topics within your assigned industry sector. You will be personable, and confident and enjoy meeting new people.
Experience
Admin and Scheduling skill
Researching skill
Strong proactive networking skills
Strong attention to detail
Competence using Google Suite – Gmail/sheets/docs/calendar
Organisational skills
Outgoing and likeable - strong relationships person
Must be a team player and work with all internal teams, sales (delegate and sponsorship), Marketing and Operations to ensure the success of the events and that it is delivered on time and on budget
Able to attend events both online and in-person (on a rota with other members of the team)
