COO for DTC E-commerce/Dropshipping Business

We are a fast-paced growing DTC fashion E-commerce/Dropshipping Business on the Shopify platform.
We are upgrading our workflow and processes. We are hiring for a FULL-TIME position as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in our company.

As a COO you manage broad responsibilities that range from managing day-to-day operations to providing strategic advice. As you are the second in command of our company. You have a hand in everything, including marketing, financial growth, sales, supply chain, creatives..ect. The goal of your position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

As a COO you are responsible to:
- Manage the operations team, and overall daily operations and ensure that daily targets set are being met.
- Provide mentoring to all employees, motivate staff to meet and surpass organisational and revenue goals
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Develop/Improve SOPs for a high-performing, well-coordinated team capable of supporting accelerated growth and rapid adoption of the new working flows for new employees.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, KPIs for each operation.
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions channels, Innovative ideas etc.)
- Recruit skilled talents and build the best possible team

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Dropshipping, Shopify, and E-commerce environments.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Strong leadership, drive and ability to inspire and develop teams
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Candidate should be structured, analytical, pay attention to fine details, hands-on and ambitious.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Optional (in your favour) : A proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievement. Proven experience as COO or relevant role
- Optional (in your favour) : Degree in a relevant discipline. Engineer/MBA from a reputed institute

We are offering 1400$ Monthly salary for 42 working hours a week. You will be rewarded, cherished and nurtured.
