We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Customer Service Assistant who can bring passion, energy and vision to our team for the next four months.
We at Lavanda, specialise in providing services within the Short Term Rentals field, and we’re on the lookout for someone who can help us communicate with guests and potential guests for multiple properties that are listed on Airbnb and other similar platforms.
The role will include (Mainly in French):
- Answering all enquiries, through phone or
- Ensuring guest meets our standard vetting process;
- Helping guests throughout their stay with any questions they might have about our properties;
- Raising issues in our properties to other areas of the operations team to ensure that our guests have an exceptional stay;
- Assisting guests in finding additional things to make their stay pleasant, such as providing restaurant and activity recommendations;
- Getting in touch with different booking platforms to process certain requests.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- has a passion for providing exceptional customer service (at least 2 year experience)
- has experience in both
- is a quick thinker
- can work flexible hours
- has the ability to work remotely and
- is comfortable using new technologies
Please highlight if you have any previous experience within the short-term rental market, property or hospitality industry. Whilst this is not essential, it is desired.
