The Business Academy is a digital marketing agency as well as a coaching and executive training company for the healthcare practitioner. We help chiropractors and other healthcare professionals build and strengthen their practices through effective, modern social media marketing and proven business systems.
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the management and distribution of content to The Business Academy and our clients.
Day in the Life
Strategize content planning for each client (i.e. images, videos, photos, graphics) including collaboration on target personas for branding
Creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels)
Editing video content for clients to use on SM platforms
Optimizing and creating/posting content for: FB, Instagram, YouTube,
Researching and proposing new ways to innovate for increased brand recognition and interest for each of our client's SM
Planning and using relevant hashtags for each platform
Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing
Proficient in content marketing theory and application
Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants
Maintains excellent writing and language skills
Possesses a creative "eye" and perspective
Able to work efficiently and meet quotas
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
Strong attention to detail
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Time management and organizational skills
Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
Video Editing Skills a plus
