Production/E-Commerce Coordinator

About the Role
FINESSE creates the trends our algorithm surfaces incredibly quickly and on a very tight monthly timeline. We are searching for someone who is organized and detailed oriented to coordinate & expand on our production processes.

Reporting to the Senior Production Associate, the Production/ E-Commerce will liaise between key stakeholders within the Product Team, vendors, and 3PL Upgrade to see actual infovelop an understanding of our product-to-customer calendar and the role production plays throughout each phase. Help facilitate and maintain strict timelines and accurate information across platforms and systems. This role is a flexible and dynamic resource to improve the overall efficiency of the Product Team.

Key Responsibilities
-Support teams with accurate data entry into our system ERP + Google sheets and help resolve inventory discrepancies with our 3PL and vendors
-Organize and Manage Weekly Drop Product Listings
-Create Product Listings; SKUs, Images, Costs, etc.
-Create ASNs for Vendors and 3PL
-Update tracking numbers and XFTY dates
-Maintains WIP tracking documents
-Identify opportunities for process improvements to drive efficiency and simplification
-Investigate and resolve order fulfillment discrepancies
-Manage the Monthly sample ordering for Creative and Marketing Teams
-Complete ad-hoc tasks as required and partner with cross-functional departments as needed to effectively complete tasks.

Preferred Experience & Knowledge
-Sense of urgency in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
-Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy within various reporting systems
-Strong organizational and prioritization skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. Shopify knowledge is a plus
