WordPress Developer (Front & Backend)

We’re looking for two amazing and skilled WordPress Developers who can manage and work alongside our team. We are a dedicated SaaS company that helps our clients solve problems using software and technology. Our combined companies have had our products used by satisfied customers in more than 50 countries.

This is a full time and long-term position. Please do not apply if you are only looking to take on one-off Upgrade to see actual infopensation, Benefits & Hours:

- After you have completed your 3 months probation period, we have a strict two week minimum of vacation taken per year
- More time off is available based on job performance and you showing how responsible you can be with your time.
- Starting pay is negotiable based on your proven experience and available working hours. $1000-$1250 USD/Monthly. We pay via Wise (TransferWise) twice per month.
- We are open Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm MST/MDT. We expect you to work as many hours as required to complete all tasks assigned to you. We do not expect you to work more than 40 hours per week. At least 3 hours of your work time must overlap with our open hours to allow for video calls with Management and our clients.
- Timeproof or TimeDoctor will be required during the probation period.

What kind of person are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web developer. You must provide references we can talk to that have websites that are currently functioning.
- Must have experience using Elementor to build and fix websites.
- Wordpress plugins and theme customization experience required.
- Proficient in HTML & CSS & PHP
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to generate creative ideas
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Flexible and proactive
- Provide regular status updates to project
- A motivated self-starter, who always aiming to accomplish their goals
