This position is for an Ecommerce Customer Support and Administrator. We are a US Based E-commerce Credit Repair company that is expanding. We are looking for 1-2 superstar tea
- Inputting Customer Data into our client portal
- Making outbound calls to clients
- Receiving inbound calls from clients
- Sending update
- Google sheets/excel data aggregation
- Understanding how credit reports work and how credit bureaus work (training provided)
This is a position with base pay. You will start out full time at 40hours with potential to move into a base + bonus if you qualify. Base pay is 200 a week.
Hours:
Shift 1
9am to 5pm EST
Shift 2
2pm to 10pm EST
Requirements:
- Effectively communiate with customers via
- Speak to customers over the phone
- Understand credit reports and credit bureaus (training provided)
- Learn our client portal (training provideD)
- Able to navigate excel and create and organize spreadsheets.
- Able to learn quickly
- Proficient at online research
- Must speak very good English with minimal accent
- Must be able to work nights in order to accommodate 9am - 10pm window US east coast time.
