Agile Business Analyst

We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to assist on a key project.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

- Analyse and document internal client business needs and recommend business solutions.
- Research technical or 3rd party solutions
- Own the capturing and end-to-end management of functional requirements, across the full product life cycle
- Clearly document detailed functional requirements and comprehensive acceptance criteria in user stories
- Business and process analysis
- Create mock-ups/wireframes of dashboards


Key Skills:

- Experience capturing and managing requirement across the full product life cycle.
- Experience writing & clarifying user stories & detailed acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with and advising client product owners.
- Experience working with cross functional teams (UX, UI, data, development).
- Experience performing As-Is and To-Be process mapping.
- Understanding of development processes and the software development life cycle.
- Experience working on large-scale development programmes with international teams.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence & Microsoft Excel.
- Passionate about and focused on delivering excellence for the customer
- Energetic and driven
- Must be able to work logically with strong analysing skills.
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision making and decision makers
- Strong analytical and project management skills

- Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
