IT Project Manager / Chief Technical Officer

- You will be the company's Senior IT Project Manager / Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
- You will manage a team of developers
- You will liaise with clients directly

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Organisation and attention to detail
- Project management and leadership skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- A likeable personality when communicating with clients
- Team building and management
- Client relationship management
- Troubleshooting and strategic problem solving
- Result oriented with a genuine level of care for our clients

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Front-end and back-end website development (Core PHP, CMS, Frameworks)
- Experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery
- Server setup and management
- Database strategy, setup and management
- Security & Maintenance
- System/Network Monitoring
- Vulnerability Assessment of (Web Server, Application Server, Databases)
- Maintain well-documented, reusable and transferrable code

CORE SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
We require a highly technical individual, comfortable using software including:
- CloudWays (Digital Ocean Server)
- CloudFlare
- MalCare
- WordPress
- WooCommerce
- Shopify
- Google Workspace
- ClickUp (Project management)
- Harvest (Time tracking)
- Sketch Cloud (Website design)
Any other software you think we should know about

HOW MUCH WORK?
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Availability if any Business Critical or Fatal issues happen outside of business hours (penalty rates will be paid)

WHAT'S THE PAY?
- ?56,000 - ?62,000 /month
