We are a fast growing Online motorcycle and Powersports company with a lot of opportunity, looking to bring on the best in class customer service agents to help handle inbound
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:?
Represent our 3 different brands well across all customer service channels!
Troubleshooting and tech assistance over the phone so they can use their product.
Create solution-based
Watch Videos that our customers send us and diagnose problems with their motorcycles/ATVs
Make recommendations and communicate with our parts team to ensure correct parts are sent out.
Work independently; manage time and respond to tickets in a timely fashion.
Communicate regularly with, team, and management using Slack and
Convey solutions and ideas that will improve our business and Customer Service Experience!
Attend meetings with tea
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- Zendesk + Shopify Experience
- MUST have Strong Phone skills - advanced level english required
- MUST have Strong Knowledge of Motorcycles and Small Engines
