JOB OVERVIEW

Welcome to Venom Motorsports !

We are a fast growing Online motorcycle and Powersports company with a lot of opportunity, looking to bring on the best in class customer service agents to help handle inbound Emails and action tickets in our ticketing system!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:?
Represent our 3 different brands well across all customer service channels!
Troubleshooting and tech assistance over the phone so they can use their product.
Create solution-based emails, and live chat messages in response to customer tickets/inquiries.
Watch Videos that our customers send us and diagnose problems with their motorcycles/ATVs
Make recommendations and communicate with our parts team to ensure correct parts are sent out.

Work independently; manage time and respond to tickets in a timely fashion.
Communicate regularly with, team, and management using Slack and Email and Ticketing system (Zendesk)
Convey solutions and ideas that will improve our business and Customer Service Experience!
Attend meetings with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and management to discuss performance.

Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- Zendesk + Shopify Experience
- MUST have Strong Phone skills - advanced level english required
- MUST have Strong Knowledge of Motorcycles and Small Engines
