We are a young, rapid-growing e-Commerce based business selling a large variety of physical products via Facebook ads.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a senior Facebook media buyer who is all about self-development, rapid growth, and pushing limits beyond imaginable, and wants to be a part of a team full of like-minded individuals.

What kind of work to expect?
We're looking for a media buyer that will actually be a strategist - analyzing numbers in Shopify & FB Ads manager and Google analytics and based on that making decisions on what to scale & what to kill. This requires a lot of experience and a highly developed analytical part of the brain.

We're not looking for just a junior media buyer who would simply launch products, create audiences, raise the budget, duplicate assets, etc.

(6) Requirements

Mandatory
• You need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience with running Facebook ads for Upgrade to see actual info stores
• You need to be highly analytical to read data
• You need to be a data scientist - a person who loves data
• You need to be detailed-oriented
