JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a rockstar and skilled Bilingual (Spanish-English) Virtual Assistant that has expertise in Human Resources, Team Management, and Project Management inspired by the simple, meaningful & effective service to support our growing organization. Exceptional English-Spanish speaking, strong interpersonal skills, and being extremely detail-oriented are a must. You must also be self-motivated, enjoy “making things happen” and always seek to improve our process within a great environment as a dynamic team player.

Responsibilities:
— Help to implement the plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization
— Help oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning
— Build strong relationships across departments by managing each task proactively.
— Monitor and give insight into a specific process.
— Assist with teammates when necessary.
— Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions
— Liaison between business units to ensure sales commissions are processed on time
— Support ad hoc projects and analysis, with a focus on marketing research, competitive intelligence, and others, as requested
— All other duties as required

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
— At least 2 years of project management experience/HR management experience
— At least 2 years of virtual assistance experience
— Onboarding Specialist Skills
— Excellent communication and time management skills
— Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities, work independently and organize effectively.
— Proficiency in Google Suite of Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides Gmail)
— Proficiency in Word Doc and Excel
— Must be trustworthy and able to keep confidential information contained

Preferred but not required:
— Experience in digital marketing/ad agencies, outsourcing

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm EST
