The Advisory Facilitator will determine the direction of meaningful advice for clients including growth planning and applying strategies to save taxes. We work with small businesses and want to help their owners live successful lives. We strive to work with happy people and promote strong family relationships. Determine what strategies should be in place to help businesses meet their growth targets.
Recommend strategies to help companies pay less taxes.
Provide feedback on anticipated problem areas in business plans.
Prepare key performance metrics analysis for niche industries.
Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.
Present your roadmap at company-wide check-ins.
4+ years experience as a problem solver
Xero Certified Advisor
Knowledge of US Taxes is a plus
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Deep understanding of technology
Organized and self-sufficient
